After the recent floods in Pakistan, millions of people have been left affected by the devastation caused. Although relief funds are being sent from across the globe, there is still much work to be done. Even the smallest of amounts that we can raise can potentially have a huge effect on the lives of others
Flood Relief Food Packs
One of the first types of relief sent in emergencies are typically food packs as many families and individuals will be left with no income or means to getting food. We hope that by providing just some of the basic ingredients, people will not have to worry in the short term about where the next meal will come from and be able to concentrate on other important aspects of recovery from the floods
Further Response
Although we were able to provide a little emergency help initially, there is still more work needed to be done. Even after the water levels recede, people will still be left with damaged homes, ruined crops and more. Our aim is to still help people recover afterwards, even after news of the floods may not be in international awareness
